Difficult to say no, but maybe the art of survival is to sometimes say no.

We are often pulled in so many different ways. And often, before even thinking about it we say yes, resulting  in endless long days. We have realised that for our own sanity we sometimes will have to say no. This is not our preferred stance, but it allows us to continue.

I'm not sure why I feel so guilty about this, given that so many organisation's first response is generally to say no when asked for assistance.

The food cooking  was a hoot. Today I BBQ/grilled 550 large sausages. Faulty equipment at times and with the wind blowing straight at me as I worked the grills. You can imagine what I smelt like after 4 hours.
Still loads and loads of smiles, especially when I started to sing 10 sizzling sausages hanging on a wall. Amazing how many Ukrainians know that song!!
This evening we went for a walk around Krakow, a Nd once more realised what a beautiful city it is.
