A day of rest......
although there are always things that impinge. We thought it would be good to go for a walk to the beautiful centre of Lviv......partly work, collecting Ukrainian books to send to Poland, where Ukrainian books are in very short supply and have a nice coffee, which is so good here, but no sooner do we arrive, the air raid siren went off. Most things close and the trams and trolley busses stop.....so we walk back.....and yes as we got home the all clear sounded,
We actually were able to watch a rugby international...... rugby being one of the things we really like (and miss). Scotland came close to beating the All Blacks.....
The rest of the afternoon was spent trying to get a bit of funding for diesel for the next aid run, which will start on Tuesday.
A bit of work then on the logistics of the aid run....and then the evening was ours.
It's really hard to let go of things here. There's always something we seem to need to deal with.
As I write this we are still involved in communicating with our colleagues.......
