Preparations for our next aid run.

No sooner than you finish one aid run, you start thinking of the next. There are many possibilities and some of them are potentially dangerous.

We got a sharp reminder of this today. Our MAD Foundation colleague sent us a message today about a friend of hers. He and others work in a small group of volunteers with 4x4 vehicles, who ferry wounded and injured people away from the frontline. Today these vehicles were attacked and all destroyed. Two of the drivers died. Our thoughts are with them and their families.

And the most incredible thing is, that they are urgently seeking new vehicles to carry on their work. Words can often not do justice, to the volunteers and all the people here who risk their lives every day.
